Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting. Must have skills : Cloud Network Operations, Palo Alto Networks Firewalls, Microsoft Azure IaaS Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. This role requires managing and supporting configured services across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth operation within established processes. The practitioner addresses hardware and software issues at the operating system level, spanning server and network components, and supports specific software solutions and vendors. Daily activities include performing first and second level troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges, both remotely and onsite, contributing to the stability and efficiency of the infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of infrastructure components. - Document technical procedures and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to minimize downtime. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Network Operations, Palo Alto Networks Firewalls, Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Strong understanding of network protocols and infrastructure components relevant to cloud environments. - Experience with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud-based network operations. - Familiarity with operating system-level support across various server and network platforms. - Ability to work with multiple software vendors and solutions to maintain system integrity and performance.
