We are now seeking an exceptional Infrastructural Manger to join our client based in Jeddah. Responsibilities The Infrastructural Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design coordination, and delivery of all infrastructure elements, ensuring alignment with the overall master plan, hospitality requirements, authority regulations, and project objectives. Lead and manage all infrastructure-related activities under the PMC scope, from planning through design development and implementation support. Oversee infrastructure systems including roads, utilities, drainage, public realm, and interfaces with hospitality, residential, and other vertical developments. Coordinate closely with architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and master planning teams to ensure seamless integration between infrastructure and hospitality-focused vertical assets. Manage and oversee the performance of design consultants, contractors, and specialist advisors in line with PMC responsibilities. Review and approve infrastructure designs, technical reports, specifications, and authority submission packages. Liaise with relevant local authorities, service providers, and stakeholders to support approvals and ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor progress, quality, risks, and interfaces across multiple work packages, proactively resolving issues that may impact cost, programme, or guest experience requirements. Support client engagement through technical presentations, coordination meetings, and regular reporting. Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to infrastructure and engineering teams. Qualifications To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum dentially: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum 20+ years of professional experience, with extensive involvement in large-scale infrastructure and mixed-use developments. Mandatory consultancy experience, ideally within a PMC or client-representative role. Proven experience delivering infrastructure works for hospitality-led or mixed-use developments, including coordination with complex vertical projects. Strong understanding of infrastructure systems, authority approvals, and multidisciplinary coordination within Saudi Arabia. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
