JOB SUMMARY:

VivSoft is seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Application and Database Expert to serve as a key technical expert on high-level federal projects. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle EBS environments and associated enterprise tools. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, troubleshoot complex issues, provide innovative solutions, and contribute to long-term infrastructure strategy. Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and technical writing skills are essential.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Prior experience supporting DoD or Federal Oracle shared service providers on Oracle EBS R12.2 or higher
• Strong command of the English language with excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must hold an active IT-I Critical Sensitive clearance or Tier 5 (T5) at time of proposal submission

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience managing design and operational teams supporting an enterprise Oracle Fusion Middleware platform with over 300,000 production users

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction on complex infrastructure challenges
• Support, analyze, and resolve issues related to Oracle EBS Financial ERP and integrated systems
• Troubleshoot and administer Oracle Database, SOA, SSO/OAM, OIM, OBIEE, Hyperion, EDQ, UPK, and GRC tools
• Implement and manage Oracle RAC, Active Data Guard, Golden Gate, and performance tuning within Oracle EBS
• Contribute to the development of advanced technical principles and concepts
• Deliver high-quality technical documentation and reports to federal stakeholders
• Collaborate with executive-level project teams and provide innovative solutions to mission-critical problems
