About the role We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect – End User Computing (EUC) to design and optimize modern workplace and collaboration solutions for a global enterprise. The role will drive architecture across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure, and emerging tools like Copilot, while ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable end‑user environments. Key Responsibilities Architect end‑user computing environments including devices, OS, endpoint management, and digital workplace solutions. Lead collaboration platform architecture across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD, and Copilot. Govern global service delivery through external partners; ensure SLA adherence and operational excellence. Drive automation, standardization, device lifecycle, and Zero Trust–aligned security practices. Partner with global IT leaders, cybersecurity teams, and business stakeholders for aligned solution delivery. Utilize basic database knowledge (Oracle/SQL) to support backend integration decisions (advantageous). You bring 10+ years in End User Computing, with architecture or service‑owner experience. Strong expertise in Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, Azure AD/Entra ID, M365, Teams, SharePoint. Experience with global service delivery and vendor/partner management. Strong understanding of endpoint security, compliance, and automation. Certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, or ITIL preferred.
