Responsibilities

We’re seeking an Infrastructure Architect & Service Delivery Lead to shape and drive the next phase of our cloud and infrastructure environment. This role blends technical leadership with strong vendor and financial accountability overseeing architecture across Azure, networks, and end-user platforms while ensuring services are secure, reliable and cost-effective.

Reporting to the Chief Trust & Security Officer, you will:

  • Define infrastructure architecture and technical standards across cloud and hybrid platforms
  • Lead service delivery across key vendors, holding them accountable to SLAs, costs, and outcomes
  • Own end-to-end incident and escalation processes across infrastructure services
  • Manage and optimise organisation-wide infrastructure and cloud spend
  • Drive compliance, disaster recovery readiness, and operational governance
  • Uplift internal capability through mentoring and setting clear delivery expectations

It’s a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically but deliver with precision.
