The Role El Coordinador Técnico de TI es responsable de liderar, organizar y supervisar las operaciones técnicas relacionadas con plataformas basadas en Linux/UNIX, entornos de virtualización y servicios en la nube. Actúa como enlace entre los equipos técnicos y la gestión, asegurando la disponibilidad, seguridad, escalabilidad y eficiencia de la infraestructura tecnológica. Who You Are Funciones y responsabilidades principales: Coordinar y supervisar al equipo técnico especializado en sistemas Linux/UNIX, virtualización y cloud. Diseñar, implementar y mantener infraestructuras basadas en Linux y UNIX. Administrar plataformas de virtualización (como VMware, KVM, Hyper-V, etc.). Gestionar servicios en la nube (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud u otros), incluyendo despliegue, optimización y control de costes. Garantizar la alta disponibilidad, rendimiento y seguridad de los sistemas. Definir y aplicar políticas, procedimientos y buenas prácticas de operación. Liderar proyectos de migración, modernización y automatización de infraestructuras. Supervisar tareas de backup, recuperación ante desastres y continuidad del negocio. Coordinar la resolución de incidencias críticas y problemas complejos. Colaborar con otros equipos (desarrollo, redes, seguridad) para asegurar la integración de sistemas. Evaluar nuevas tecnologías y proponer mejoras continuas.
