Job Purpose The Global IT Infrastructure Operations Engineer will provide support on a variety of activities including improving, maintaining, and supporting Lucy Group’s hybrid global technology stack, on premises infrastructure and our migration to cloud technologies especially M365, SharePoint, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure, and Intune with a good understanding of cloud security.   Job Context The role will be reporting to the Infrastructure and Cloud Operations Team Lead   Business Overview Lucy Group is an international group that makes the built environment sustainable. Our real estate businesses support sustainable living through responsible property development and investment.   Job Dimensions * Management of services directly supplying a global customer base * Management of global cloud services supporting 1000+ staff across multiple sites globally * Delivering on key project deliverables * Collaborating with the wider business to promote security and best practice   Key Accountabilities * Delivery and continuous improvement of Global IS services which support 1000+ staff across multiple sites around the world. * Participation in the design, delivery, and transition to service of local and remote Group IS projects. * Provide support and guidance through escalation to our 1st and 2nd line IS operations. * Work on BAU activities and infrastructure tasks * Drive business value from invested Microsoft technologies such as Azure, M365, Intune, SharePoint  * Monitoring and support of the IT infrastructure to achieve maximum availability, performance, and value. * Liaising with 3rd party suppliers and technology partners * Performance management of core infrastructure and cloud technologies  * Provide escalation for staff within the Infrastructure, Desktop, and IT Service Desk teams * Work with other team members to continually improve all aspects of IT services that deliver value and enhanced the end-user experience.   Qualifications, Experience & Skills * 3+ years hands-on technical experience in Infrastructure Operations * ITIL3/ITIL4 Certification, or 2+ years’ equivalent experience in an IT Service Management * Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows 10+, M365, Azure AD, SCCM, In-Tune, PowerShell, and end point security tools. * BYOD/MDM Design, Deployment and Administration  * Ability to plan and prioritize workload for self and others with minimal supervision * Understand complex architecture across multiple environment stacks and technologies * An understanding of Information Security (InfoSec) and Cyber Security fundamentals   Behavioural Competencies * Organizational awareness and data literacy  * Creativity and innovation  * Project management and facilitation * Attention to detail and problem-solving 
Responsibilities
