Comsec is looking for a motivated and experienced infrastructure and cloud specialist who is eager to transition into the world of cybersecurity compliance – specifically as a PCI DSS Consultant. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a solid background in IT infrastructure and cloud (especially AWS) who are interested in shifting their career path toward auditing, information security, and compliance. You’ll join a dynamic and experienced consulting team and receive full guidance and training to become a certified PCI DSS Consultant. Participate in comprehensive assessments of clients' systems, processes, and controls to support PCI DSS compliance. Gain hands-on experience in conducting audits and gap analyses related to cardholder data security. Collaborate with senior auditors and project leads to deliver clear, actionable recommendations to clients. Work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams within client organizations. Contribute to drafting formal audit reports and client presentations. Requirements ● 2+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure and/or cloud environments (on-premise and AWS/Azure/GCP). ● Strong understanding of network architecture, access controls, and cloud deployments. ● Interest and motivation to transition into auditing and compliance roles (prior audit experience is not required). ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ● Independent, curious, and eager to learn. ● High level of English – spoken and written. Nice to Have Familiarity with compliance standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, or HIPAA. Knowledge of encryption, authentication, and secure software development practices. Experience working with cross-functional teams in customer-facing roles.
