Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender and the broader technology environment.
• Lead the delivery, support and continuous improvement of infrastructure, networking, security and cloud services.
• Drive cyber security initiatives, risk reduction strategies and security maturity improvements across the business.
• Ensure robust backup, recovery and disaster recovery capabilities are maintained and regularly tested.
• Lead the planning and implementation of infrastructure upgrades, technology projects and business-critical solutions.
• Establish and maintain technical standards, governance frameworks, documentation and best practices.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues and provide mentoring to the wider IT team.
• Partner with the Service Desk Manager to improve service delivery, user experience and operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps, budgeting, strategic planning and future technology investments that support Wave's growth.
