VOIS #BeUnrivalled #CreateTheFuture About this Role We are seeking an Infrastructure Deployment Manager to join our Infrastructure Management team in Bucharest. In this role, you will ensure operational efficiency across IT and support teams, aligned with global IT strategy and customer standards. You will manage major incidents, coordinate technical teams, and drive service improvement initiatives through automation and optimisation. This position requires strong leadership in managing priorities within Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes. What you will do Coordinate and manage major incidents and problems across IT and Operations teams. Request and monitor deliverables from all teams involved in IT and Operations processes. Collaborate with local and global technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. Manage end-to-end improvement processes for infrastructure-level solutions and services, including coordination of technical, testing, networking, and application installation teams. Prioritise and participate in critical discussions within Incident, Change, and Problem Management. Lead and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives. Who you are Excellent knowledge of data centre environments. Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1). Proven experience working in multinational environments. Strong project, resource, time, risk, and task management skills. Advanced knowledge of ITIL and project management principles such as PRINCE2.
