Rates: $110 - $130 per hour (inc. super)
The Funding and Disclosure Reform Program was established to enable the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) to implement and administer legislative amendments to the Commonwealth Funding and Disclosure Scheme (the Scheme) as set out in Part XX of the Commonwealth Electoral Act 1918 (Electoral Act) to increase transparency and accountability in Australia’s electoral system. The Program is made up of three branches – the Program Management Office Branch, the Regulatory Enablement Branch, and the Technology Delivery Branch – that will work together to uplift the AEC’s regulatory capability by designing, building and implementing new processes, resourcing, tools, systems and technology to successfully administer the Scheme.
The AEC is seeking to engage up to three suitably qualified and experienced Infrastructure Engineer who will be cruical for ensuring the efficient, automated, and reliable deployment of integration solutions across the AEC’s diverse enterprise application landscape. The role requires developing efficient, scalable, and secure integration solutions and APIs that connect the AEC’s systems, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to support these systems through testing, quality assurance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. The Infrastructure Engineer in the Systems and Platforms Team is central to ensuring the efficient, automated, and reliable deployment of integration solutions across the AEC’s diverse landscape of enterprise applications.
