Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of our Airlock Digital environment and lead efforts in Server Patching to mitigate vulnerabilities and enhance our security posture.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or IT infrastructure experience of at least 7 years
  • Proven experience in deploying, configuring and managing security policies within the Airlock Digital platform
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, scheduling and implementing server patching processes and usage of patch management platforms for seamless deployment and monitoring
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, especially change/service/capacity management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities:

Application Security - Manage application allow listing and execution control across the environment and develop and maintain associated processes.
Vulnerability Management - Develop, monitor and maintain patching processes and tooling to improve security and reduce vulnerability risks.
Demand & Capacity Management - Monitor and report on system performance to meet SLAs, forecast IT needs, and advise managers on resource planning.
Knowledge Transfer & Continuous Improvement - Share technical expertise in Infrastructure functions, promote best practices, enhance IT solutions, and update guidelines collaboratively to improve operations.
Relationship Management & Team Collaboration - Build strong relationships with stakeholders, foster a positive team environment, provide third-level Infrastructure support, and act as a technical resource for projects.
Professional Development & Growth - Engage in professional development, share knowledge to foster team growth, and participate in training and performance programs.
