Description
  • What you’ll do:Provide support across hardware, software, phones, mobiles, and specialist systems.
  • Manage helpdesk enquiries, escalating where needed and seeing issues through to resolution.
  • Support servers (Windows 2012/2016), Exchange 365, backups (Veeam), and network infrastructure.
  • Set up new sites, accounts, and mobile devices.
  • Maintain IT documentation and ensure smooth daily operations.


  • What we’re looking for:Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT support or service function with experience in a 3rd Line Support position is a must have.
  • ERP management capabilites (ideally COINS or Netsuite)
  • Technical expertise in Server Maintenance (2012 to 2016), Backups (Veeam) and Network Infrastructure is a must have
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (Office, SharePoint, AD, Exchange).
  • Confident, customer-focused problem solver with excellent communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel to sites.
