Senior Network Engineer / Network Expert (m/f/d) Full-time | Immediate start for the hospital network

As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the secure, stable and future-proof operation of our group-wide network infrastructure.

Your tasks

  • Operation, monitoring and continuous development of the network infrastructure at our various locations
  • Analysis and resolution of network disruptions as well as optimization of network performance
  • Configuration and administration of network components and security systems such as switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs and WLANs.
  • Planning and implementation of network architectures, segmentation and security measures
  • Further development and support of monitoring and alerting solutions
  • Creation and maintenance of the technical network documentation
  • Close collaboration with the IT specialist teams and support for cross-site projects
  • Deployment at the various group locations Starnberg, Penzberg, Seefeld, Herrsching and Wolfratshausen

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training or studies in the field of computer science, information technology or a comparable subject area
  • Several years of practical experience in the operation and further development of network infrastructures
  • Solid knowledge of network technology, network architecture and network security
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network problems
  • Safe handling of common network and security systems
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server technologies
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented work style
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to work at different locations and a Class B driver's license are required.
