Are you passionate about solving problems for customers and providing exceptional support? If so, we’re looking for a customer-focused Infrastructure Engineer to join our Infrastructure Services Team.
Our customers are at the heart of what we do, and in this role your primary responsibility will be to support them, resolving infrastructure-related incidents, assisting with escalations, and ensuring their systems run smoothly. The role has a strong focus on Linux-based systems, so confidence in troubleshooting, maintaining, and installing Linux servers and services will be central to your success.
Alongside customer support, you will also contribute to internal IT operations, deliver infrastructure installations, and help maintain secure, reliable hosted environments. From Linux server builds to patch management and automation, you will play a key part in keeping both our internal and customer systems running efficiently and securely.
ABOUT US

Our Infrastructure Services team is the backbone of customer success, helping both customers and OGL get the most out of infrastructure solutions. You’ll be part of the group that ensures that both our customers and our systems are always-on, secure, and future-ready, and you’ll work on critical projects that power business transformation ensuring every customer receives a first-class support experience.
If you love troubleshooting, thinking outside the box, and making a real impact, this role is for you!
