  • Key responsibilitiesAct as a first point of contact for technical issues across the business, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
  • Help maintain and improve the wider network and computing environment as the business scales.
  • Support onsite technical needs, including occasional physical hardware work.
  • Contribute to small automation and tooling projects to reduce manual, repetitive tasks.
  • Build strong working relationships across the business through clear, professional communication.


  • RequirementsPrior experience in a technical support or IT support role.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting across operating systems, hardware, and everyday connectivity issues.
  • Good foundational understanding of networking concepts.
  • Some exposure to scripting or automation is a plus, but not essential.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and a strong communicator.
  • Able to remain composed and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
