JOB SUMMARY
We are Infrastructure Engineer who specializes in low voltage cabling systems, including, but not limited to, Ethernet and coaxial cables. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing cabling designs and preparing cost estimates for low voltage cabling projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with low voltage cabling standards and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with building construction methods and practices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of infrastructure engineering.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
- Ability to adhere to strict project deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate low voltage cabling designs to ensure compliance with technical specifications and industry standards.
- Provide detailed feedback on Ethernet and coaxial cabling layouts to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
- Provide detailed feedback on active FTTR and GPON solutions to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
- Develop comprehensive quotes for low voltage cabling bids, considering all relevant factors such as materials, labor, and project timelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cabling technologies and best practices to provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored cabling solutions.
- Support the installation process and perform quality assurance checks on cabling systems.
