We offer a comprehensive portfolio of IT solutions, including support for Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Cyber security, Cloud migrations, Phone Systems, Firewalls, Microsoft 365, SD-WAN, and Video Conferencing.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chadstone, VIC, for a System Engineer - Level 2 and 3. As an integral part of our team, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT systems. This includes managing operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, and network protocols. Additionally, they will handle all Tier 2 and 3 support escalations from customers, and work closely with other engineers and staff to ensure that all IT systems function effectively and efficiently at optimum levels. If the support work is completed, then engineer will be involved in project work as well.

Qualifications

• Past experience with a managed system provider(MSP) will be highly regarded
• 3+ years of experience in System Administration roles including patching, vulnerabilities,
• We need someone with hands on experience to install Fortinets, Meraki and SOPHOS. 
• Professional experience with Microsoft Server and Vmware
• Strong proficiency in Sharepoint and copilot.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and keen analytical abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and stakeholders
• Relevant industry certifications, such as Microsoft certifications or CCNA
