REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proficiency in Azure, M365 administration.
• Relevant 4-6 years of experience
• Experience with Intune, Sentinel, and Windows Server.
• Working knowledge of Nutanix and Fortinet platforms.
• Familiarity with backup and DR tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault).
• Strong troubleshooting and scripting (PowerShell) skills.
• The tier 2 engineer will be proficient in all domains and a subject matter expert in atleast four

• Administer and troubleshoot Azure resources (VMs, networking, storage).
• Manage M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Manges Teams Voice services with Direct Call Routing
• Respond to Microsoft Sentinel alerts and run playbooks.
• Deploy and manage devices using Intune.
• Perform Windows Server maintenance, patching, and role configuration using SCCM, WSUS and Azure ARC.
• Support Nutanix cluster operations and VM provisioning.
• Manage Fortinet firewall rules and VPN configurations utilizing central management tools like fortimaneger and Forti Analyzer.
• Responsible for maintaining and testing backup and Recovery for all production workloads.
• Responsible for maintaining and testing DR procedures.
