THE ROLE

This is a hands-on installation role covering both critical infrastructure and routine maintenance work. You will work mainly across Ireland, with some travel to the UK, installing and maintaining systems where quality and reliability are required.
You don’t need to have every skill on day one—attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail are more important.
Location: Loughrea, Co. Galway

WHAT SETS THIS ROLE APART

You’ll be given the time, equipment, and support to deliver work to a high standard. We don’t expect you to cut corners or rush jobs. You’ll have a mixture of jobs: some involving critical infrastructure, others routine maintenance or standard installations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install and Maintain: CCTV, access control, off-grid power, fibre/data cabling, networking, PTP radio, Wi-Fi, video walls, and control rooms, across both critical and routine projects.
• Improve: Look for better ways to install and maintain systems.
• Deliver: Complete installations and maintenance tasks on infrastructure such as tunnels, motorways, defense sites, and standard facilities.
• Problem Solve: Use sound judgment to meet site and client requirements.
