Job Summary:
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure components such as servers, storage systems, racks, network equipment, and power modules. Ensures the stable, secure, and highly available functioning of the physical infrastructure that supports upper-layer services.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, inspect, and maintain servers, storage systems, switches, firewalls, and other hardware devices;
• Monitor the operational status of infrastructure components and troubleshoot faults promptly;
• Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and preventive maintenance regularly.
• Manage basic networking devices (e.g., ToR switches, core switches), including physical connectivity and configuration;
• Work with Facility teams to monitor power distribution units (PDUs), UPS, and power supply modules to ensure stable power delivery.
• Support the deployment of new equipment, including rack mounting, cabling, IP configuration, and physical installation;
• Execute configuration changes in accordance with change management processes with traceability and rollback capabilities.
• Maintain accurate documentation including network topology diagrams, cable maps, configuration records, and operational procedures;
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency response plans strictly.
• Implement physical security and access controls, and support audit and compliance requirements;
• Collaborate with asset managers to track equipment status and location accurately.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with mainstream server, storage, and networking hardware;
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, and related network protocols;
• Strong troubleshooting skills and availability to participate in shift or on-call rotations.
