IT INFRASTRUCTURE LEAD
The IT Office Lead is a key role that oversees the IT operations and infrastructure of the office, ensuring the optimal performance and security of the devices, networks, and servers. The IT Office Lead is also responsible for managing the IT assets, vendors, and compliance, and providing technical support and guidance to the staff. The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT management, office 365, intunes, sccm, and firewall administration, and excellent communication and leadership skills. The IT Lead reports to the IT Manager and works closely with the central team and other stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
The IT Office Lead possesses the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience, with a solid understanding of the IT principles and concepts. A certification in IT management, such as ITIL, PMP, or CISM, is an advantage.
- 8 years of experience in IT management, preferably in an office environment, with a proven track record of delivering successful IT projects and solutions, and managing the IT staff and resources. Experience in working with the central team and the remote offices is a plus.
- Proficient in office 365, intunes, sccm, and firewall administration, with the ability to configure, manage, and troubleshoot the IT systems and applications, and ensuring that they meet the business needs and requirements. A certification in office 365, intunes, sccm, or firewall administration, such as MCSA, MCSE, or CCNA, is an advantage.
- Knowledge of server management, network administration, and asset management, with the ability to maintain and optimize the IT infrastructure and resources, and ensuring that they are aligned with the IT strategy and vision. Knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, and automation is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and motivate the IT office staff and collaborate with the central team and other stakeholders, and communicate effectively with the technical and non-technical audiences. The IT Office Lead also has excellent presentation and documentation skills, and can create and deliver clear and concise IT reports and proposals.
- Ability to work independently and proactively, with a high level of initiative and accountability, and handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The IT Office Lead also has strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and can make sound and timely IT decisions.
- Attention to detail and quality, with the ability to adhere to the IT policies and standards and ensure compliance and identify and mitigate the IT risks and issues. The IT Office Lead also has a high sense of ethics and integrity and respects the confidentiality and privacy of the IT data and information.
