We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Infrastructure Manager - Projects to join our dedicated team in Dubai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic individual to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial conception to final implementation, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage infrastructure scope for development projects (roads, utilities, drainage, power, water, telecom, etc.). Coordinate closely with local authorities and utility providers (e.g., approvals, NOCs, connections, inspections, handovers). Act as the primary interface between consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure timely approvals and execution. Review infrastructure designs, shop drawings, method statements, and programs to ensure compliance with local regulations and project requirements. Monitor site progress, quality, HSE compliance, and resolve technical/site issues related to infrastructure works. Manage contractors’ performance, claims, variations, and certification related to infrastructure packages. Ensure infrastructure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards. Support project handover and authority sign-offs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline. 5 years of UAE experience in infrastructure works. Strong experience coordinating with UAE authorities and utility providers. Background with contracting companies Solid knowledge of UAE codes, standards, and authority procedures. Strong communication and coordination skills. Fluency in Arabic and English.
