Job Description The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for designing, managing, maintaining, and upgrading the organization’s technology infrastructure. He ensure the availability, performance, security, and scalability of all IT systems, including networks, servers, cloud environments, data centers, and security components. 2. Key Responsibilities A. IT Infrastructure Management Oversee servers, networks, storage systems, virtualization, and potential cloud platforms Ensure high availability and reliability of critical services. Manage data centers and server rooms. B. Security & Compliance Lead cybersecurity policies (firewalls, antivirus, vulnerability management, audits). Supervise backups, business continuity (BCP), and disaster recovery plans (DRP). Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO 27001, etc…). C. Team Leadership & Coordination Manage a team of system engineers, network engineers, support technicians, DevOps, etc. Prioritize critical incidents and coordinate technical interventions. Maintain relationships with vendors, service providers, and integration partners. D. Projects & Continuous Improvement Drive modernization projects: cloud migration, network redesign, deployment of collaborative tools. Define and monitor infrastructure KPIs (SLA, uptime, performance). Optimize costs and propose a strategic technology roadmap. Qualifications Required Technical Skills System administration: Windows Server, Linux. Networking: LAN/WAN, VPN, Cisco, Fortinet, routing & switching. Cloud & virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, Azure/AWS. Monitoring tools: Zabbix, Nagios, Centreon, Grafana. Cybersecurity: firewalls, IAM, SIEM, security audits. DevOps knowledge is a plus: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD. Soft Skills Leadership & team management. Strong sense of urgency and prioritization. Excellent communication skills. Strategic vision and anticipation capability. Rigor, service-oriented mindset, autonomy. Education & Experience Master’s degree or engineering degree in IT, networking, or computer systems. 5 to 10 years of experience in systems/network engineering or IT administration. Proven experience in team management or cross-functional project leadership.
