SUMMARY

The Infrastructure Manager’s role is to lead our technology initiatives. This role is responsible for managing complex IT environments, driving infrastructure projects, and delivering high-quality services.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing infrastructure teams and infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of network, server, and storage technologies, as well as cloud computing (Azure Focus) and virtualization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Cisco are a plus
Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING. OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.

Overseeing Infrastructure Operations

  • Manage and lead the infrastructure team to ensure efficient and effective resolution of technical issues while providing superior customer service.
  • Develop and implement support policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor support metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve technical issues impacting business operations.
  • Ensure the infrastructure team is equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and cyber security profile of all systems.
  • Maintain consistent confidentiality, integrity and availability of business resources.

Infrastructure Initiatives

  • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of infrastructure projects, including network, server, and storage solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve the organization’s infrastructure capabilities and efficiency.
  • Manage infrastructure budgets, including cost estimates, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Ensure the infrastructure is secure, scalable, and aligned with the organization’s business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure minimal disruption in the event of an outage.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role has supervisory responsibilities.
