Responsibilities

YOUR NEW ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This highly skilled team performs third-level application and system support for the Defence environment as part of the Centralised Processing (CP) program. This position works in a large and complex environment, with the responsibility to manage solutions and support work across a broad spectrum of technologies.
The team works an on-call roster where they are available for early/late starts rosters to cover 7 am – 7 pm weekdays.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Manage and deliver reliable infrastructure monitoring and alerting services globally.
  • Perform specialist technical and engineering activities aligned with project and company objectives.
  • Learn and apply new and existing technologies to enhance service delivery.
  • Promote innovation by identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.
  • Foster collaboration within the team and participate in the on-call roster as required.
