Mō te tūranga | About the role We are looking for an Infrastructure Operations Performance Specialist to support our Infrastructure Domain Leads with their management of the operational run state across the full breadth of Meridian’s ICT Infrastructure products. This role help keeps our core infrastructure running smoothly today, while continuously improving how we operate over time. You’ll be responsible for monitoring and assessing service delivery performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working with our operational teams and suppliers to lift performance, reliability and efficiency. This is a hands-on, delivery-focussed role that bridges third-party vendors, internal operational teams and leadership. You’ll use data, service insights and practical experience to analyse performance, highlight issues and risks, and drive continuous improvement across our infrastructure operations. Āu mahi | What you’ll be doing Monitoring, assessing and analysing service and delivery performance. Identifying performance improvement opportunities and driving continuous improvement plans with our suppliers and internal teams. Maintaining data on KPIs for infrastructure services and delivery. Assisting with the onboarding of new suppliers or services, ensuring operational readiness and clear performance measures are in place. Supporting Infrastructure Domain Leads by providing operational insight, performance data and recommendations to inform decision‑making. Ngā pukenga kei a koe mō tēnei tūranga | What you’ll bring You’ll have broad experience in infrastructure operations, ideally in an enterprise environment and understand what ‘good looks like’. You’ll have the ability to influence and drive performance outcomes, particularly with 3rd party suppliers. You’ll be passionate about analytics and have an outcomes focused mindset. You’ll be great at problem solving and troubleshooting. You might have a service delivery / service management background in an ITIL environment.
