IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE PART OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE TEAM TO ASSIST THEM IN THE CONFIGURATION, MAINTENANCE IN A MICROSOFT ENVIRONMENT. YOU WILL WORK CLOSELY ALSO OF THE PACKAGING TEAM FOR ASSEMBLING, PACKING, AND LABELING PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY STANDARDS :

• Prepare and package products according to specifications.
• Label and seal packages accurately.
• Provide end-user support for Windows-related issues, including software installations, access rights, and connectivity problems due to the migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
• Support Group Policy administration under the guidance of senior staff.
• Maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and incident resolutions.
