Description JPI is seeking a Project Manager to provide mission critical support for the USCG supplemental Appropriation program. In addition to planning and implementation of customized Power Platform technical, application, and automation solutions and processes to address civil engineering, facilities, and data challenges. Federal experience supporting Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or U.S. Coast Guard programs is preferred. This role requires U.S. Citizenship and a Public Trust clearance. Strategic planning, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Risk and issue management background, proactively identify technical bottlenecks or resource constraints; develop and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. Stakeholder communication, facilitate regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting on project health, timelines, and risks to the executive leadership team. Requirements BA or BS in Management or Engineering An active PMP certification. Complex projects may include infrastructure development, policy implementation, risk management, resource allocation, and ensuring that the programs are delivered within scope, budget, and regulatory requirements. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
