Job Title: Infrastructure Project Manager
Location: White Plains, NY 10601 (Hybrid)
Job Type: 12 Months Contract (With Possible Extension)

OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead and manage IT infrastructure projects. This role focuses on planning, executing, and delivering projects such as network upgrades, system migrations, technology refreshes, and application deployments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage infrastructure projects including network switch upgrades, Active Directory (AD) enhancements, server upgrades, and data center migrations.
• Oversee technology refreshes, platform migrations, and application deployments (e.g., EPIC systems and project management tools).
• Ensure all projects follow industry standards like ITIL, ITSM.
• Track project performance, generate reports, and present insights using Power BI dashboards.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Facilitate project handovers to production support and ensure successful implementation.
• Ensure clear communication between the PMO, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure projects, including network and server upgrades, data migrations, and technology refreshes.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid).
• Proficiency in Power BI for creating and managing project performance reports.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple infrastructure projects and deliver within scope, time, and budget.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
