INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER X3:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Infrastructure Project Manager x3 for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER X3 - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The project involves supporting day-to-day infrastructure deployment for business units including Insurance, Wealth Management, and Client Advice. The role focuses on managing technology solutions/services initiatives to meet business needs and acts as an IT Project Manager and SCRUM Master.

INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER X3 - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Expertise in MS Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • Very strong communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Team player
  • Strong interpersonal skills

INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER X3 – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • PMI or ITIL certification
  • Technical experience with infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of cloud technology deployments
  • Knowledge of insurance industry
  • Knowledge of wealth management
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals for end-to-end infrastructure technology delivery
  • Responsible for project delivery for application sets within their scope
  • Act as a solutions integrator, offering and negotiating options with clients
  • Develop impact assessments, manage delivery schedules, and perform risk assessments
  • Report on project progress, status, overall health, and individual applications
  • Lead the development of total cost of ownership estimates for applications and services
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and recommend actions to enhance service levels
