Job Description The Project Engineer is responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing industrial projects, including new investments, continuous improvement initiatives, and the optimization of technical and maintenance performance. The role covers all phases, from feasibility studies to commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality, safety, and performance standards. 1. Project Management Lead new investment projects (equipment, installations, expansions, upgrades). Oversee improvement projects for existing facilities. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and KPIs. Develop project schedules with milestones and deadlines. Coordinate internal teams and external contractors. 2. Equipment Maintenance & Performance Provide on-site technical expertise. Participate in failure analysis and diagnostics. Propose solutions to improve equipment reliability. Optimize maintenance KPIs Enhance preventive and corrective maintenance plans. 3. Continuous Improvement Identify technical and organizational improvement opportunities. Implement structured action plans and monitor progress. Measure performance gains and contribute to operational excellence initiatives. 4. Monitoring & Reporting Track project progress regularly. Prepare weekly and monthly reports. Conduct project reviews and share lessons learned. Highlight any risks or deviations in cost, schedule, or quality. Qualifications Degree: Engineer (Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, or equivalent). Experience: 1–3 years in an industrial environment. Strong hands-on experience on-site. Proficient in project planning and reporting tools. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional-level English.
