This role will partner with Cloud Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and key application stakeholders to architect and operate robust observability solutions. You will drive vendor management strategies, optimize platform integrations, and provide thought leadership in advancing our resiliency posture. We are seeking a individual to lead our Observability Engineering team, delivering critical monitoring and telemetry platforms that ensure the reliability and performance of our business services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years leadership experience in Cloud OR Infrastructure Engineering
• Experience managing or using observability platforms (Splunk, Honeycomb, Grafana)
• Strong executive presence presenting to stakeholders
• Experience with vendor management
• Experience delivering solutions within a AWS environment
