• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
• 5-10+ years of experience in resident engineering or construction management for water, wastewater, utility, or transportation projects
• Experience with DOT, municipal, or public works projects is a plus
• Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Unifier, or similar)
• Monitor field activities for compliance with contract documents, schedules, and safety standards
• Act as primary site representative and lead communications between contractors, design teams, and stakeholders
• Conduct site meetings, daily reporting, and maintain QA/QC documentation
• Manage real-time issue resolution and uphold environmental and regulatory compliance
  Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
