The Opportunity Interpolitan Money is seeking an experienced, IT professional, familiar with operating in a regulated financial environment, to assume global ownership of IT Infrastructure, security, resilience and governance across the Group. This is a VP level role based in Dubai with a global mandate, responsible for the stability , security and regulatory defensibility of all IT systems. This role will have full accountability for cyber security and regulatory IT compliance. Key Responsibilities Provide global IT leadership and full ownership of third party vendors and service providers Maintain end to end accountability for enterprise infrastructure including; Azure, Microsoft 365, SIEM, DLP, networking, identity and access management, along with endpoint security and device provisioning Ownership of Cyber security monitoring, SOC escalation, incident response, breach containment and RCA remediation Establish and maintain IT governance and compliance frameworks (audit-ready change, access, logs, encryption, DR/BCP, cyber resilience, incident reporting SLAs) Embed IT controls into BAU and leading internal enablement Structured onboarding and embedding of IT estate Minimum of 10 years experience Proven experience of operating in an IT Lead position within a regulated global financial environment Strong documentation discipline, regulatory mindset and operational ownership traits Experience of working in a high octane environment Excellent commercial understanding of IT risk in regulated environment Why join Interpolitan?
