Proven experience in multi-forest/domain environments and AD migrations. Strong PowerShell scripting and troubleshooting skills. Certified in MCSE; ITIL Foundation is a plus. Experience with Windows Server 2008/2012. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in diverse, multicultural teams. Demonstrated ownership, dedication, and customer support experience. Manage problem resolution, root cause analysis, and event monitoring. Develop automation scripts to reduce manual intervention. Deliver capacity reports and future planning for Azure AD services. Ensure platform health and apply vendor-recommended security patches. Create and deliver monthly scorecards and SLA reports. Engage with customers weekly to track feedback and requirements. Manage crisis situations and escalate appropriately. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
