There are exciting opportunities within ITDs Infrastructure Services area. Join our Service Management team where you’ll ensure that IT services are delivered efficiently, meet business needs, and maintain the highest standards of quality, performance, and availability. IT Service Management teams are responsible for service management, performance monitoring, and application, automation and performance testing, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless service delivery across all IT platforms.

  • Ongoing Full-Time
  • Location: Across Sydney region with access to flexible working arrangements available
  • Salary: Clerk Grade 11/12 with base salary ranging from $149,739 to $173,174 per annum, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
