At Müller’s Solutions, we are seeking an Infrastructure Software Sales Specialist specializing in RedHat and Rancher to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts for our infrastructure software solutions, focusing on RedHat and Rancher products. Your ability to communicate the value of our offerings to potential clients will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in software sales, preferably within the infrastructure software market.
• Proven experience selling RedHat, Rancher, or similar infrastructure solutions.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, DevOps principles, and containerization technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to articulate value propositions effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant certifications in RedHat, Rancher, or cloud technologies.
• Experience with CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and related tools.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the infrastructure software sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive the sales process.
• Develop and deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations of RedHat and Rancher solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends and competitors in the infrastructure software industry.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective account management and business development strategies.
• Provide feedback to the product management team regarding customer needs and industry trends.
