Every machine, vendor contract, process gap, fleet vehicle, and hardware decision: yours. You identify what's broken, design the fix, and see it through. Own infrastructure operations end-to-end: Facilities, hardware, tools, and systems run stably and without unplanned disruption. Gaps don't wait for someone else. → Accountability Coordinate work within the Infrastructure team: Priorities are visible, deadlines are met, and nothing slips without your knowledge and a response. → High Performance Manage vendors, partners, and contracts: You negotiate, maintain, and challenge external relationships. Partners deliver — and when they don't, you act. → Candor Be the primary infrastructure contact: Internally and externally.
