The IT infrastructure Specialist manages, maintains, and enhances our IT infrastructure environment. This role will act as primary IT point of contact for London and Gloucester offices, on-site and remote support for critical incidents, desktop environments, and server infrastructure.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Quarterly travel required to a second office location for onsite support and system maintenance.
  • Travel may involve overnight stays for Team meetings a couple of times every year in Europe or United States.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune and Okta
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols, DNS, DHCP and VPN
  • Knowledge of backup strategies and IT security policies.
  • Proficiency in network and server infrastructure management.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in IT equipment procurement and configuration.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to build positive relationships with users and staff.
