We are looking for an Infrastructure Specialist to support the IT and Operations team across TrustFord. Working closely with the IT Senior management to ensure our standards and policies are met, in some cases exceeded. You will be forthcoming in your approach, looking ahead and be proactive ensuring that the infrastructure and service provided is best in class. You will demonstrate positive and affective stakeholder and customer engagement.
This service is responsible for providing technical support, Windows Systems based operating systems implementation of and adherence to security policy, system availability. Working as part of the Infrastructure & Operations Team this role will have responsibility for ensuring all Infrastructure and Processing Services responsibilities are met for UK BU supported Servers. The role requires in depth practical knowledge of a wide range of Infrastructure & Back Office products. This role also involves offering advice and guidance to the customer and liaising with 3rd parties on support issues where appropriate.
