REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud solution design and implementation.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, EntraID, Microsoft 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop architecture.
• Proven experience with regulatory requirements for M365/Cloud across APAC.
• Demonstrated ability in designing and managing IT infrastructure and cloud operations in a regional organization.
• Hands-on experience with VMware on Azure and/or AWS cloud environments.
• Proficiency in automation and scripting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect are advantageous.
• Experience in designing and managing hybrid and multi-cloud strategies is a plus.

• Lead and manage change-the-Bank projects related to IT infrastructure and cloud in the APAC region.
• Design and maintain cloud and IT systems to ensure seamless, secure, and efficient operations.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and teams to facilitate smooth transformations and timely project deliveries.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and IT staff in the region.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and standards for IT infrastructure and cloud onboarding.
• Develop and implement processes to monitor and analyze system performance, stability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to the creation and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
