The IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for the infrastructure backbone of Mane Up Memphis™, ensuring that the organization’s technology environment is secure, efficient, and compliant. This role oversees network, server, and hardware systems, administers cloud-based productivity and collaboration platforms, and provides governance for the organization’s electronic health record (EHR) system and case management and program tracking software.
This position emphasizes compliance, security, planning, and infrastructure management rather than day-to-day user support. The IT Infrastructure Specialist will work alongside the IT Systems Administrator, who manages routine account administration, endpoint support, and daily system operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure or systems administration.
• Expertise in networking, servers, and cloud-based productivity platforms.
• Experience with EHR systems and case management and program tracking software (administration, compliance, reporting).
• Strong understanding of HIPAA, data privacy, and security frameworks.
• Proven ability to design and implement infrastructure and compliance roadmaps.
• Experience working in or with nonprofit and public sector organizations culture.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for governance and compliance reporting.
