Description

The IT Team at Amur Financial Group is seeking an experienced and versatile Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our IT team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting and evolving our cloud and on-prem infrastructure across multiple time zones. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Zscaler, and Office 365, and is capable of managing both day-to-day operations and long-term infrastructure modernization projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Microsoft Azure – Virtual Machines (Windows, Linux), Network Security Groups (NSGs), Load Balancers, Backup & Disaster Recovery, Patch Management.
  • Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD – Single Sign-On (SSO), Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role Management, Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
  • Microsoft Intune – Device Compliance Policies, App Deployment, Device Configuration & Management.
  • Microsoft 365 Administration – Licensing, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business.
  • Zscaler Suite – ZIA (Internet Access), ZPA (Private Access), ZDX (Digital Experience Monitoring).
  • KnowBe4 – Phishing Simulations, Security Awareness Training & Campaign Management.
  • RingCentral – Administration, User Management, Call Flows, Ring Groups.
  • Experienced in implementing and maintaining small to medium-sized networks.
  • Comfortable managing vendor relationships, including contract renewal and procurement.
  • Experience supporting end users remotely and on-site (desk-side support).
  • Proven experience participating in or leading IT infrastructure projects.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Microsoft Certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300, MD-102).
  • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell) for automation.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g. Jira).
  • ITIL knowledge or certification.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage tasks and priorities across Eastern and Pacific Time Zones.
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure (Azure VMs (Windows, Linux), networking, storage, load balancers).
  • Administer Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for user access, roles, and enterprise app integrations.
  • Configure and manage Intune for endpoint management and security policy enforcement.
  • Maintain and support Microsoft Office 365 suite (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
  • Administer and troubleshoot Zscaler services including ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX for secure connectivity.
  • Run quarterly KnowBe4 security awareness training and phishing simulations.
  • Handle user onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning accounts, devices, and access.
  • Provide desk-side and remote support for users across time zones, including hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors for licensing, technical support, hardware procurement, and contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan, design, and implement IT infrastructure modernization projects.
  • Document systems, procedures, configurations, and best practices.
