We’re looking for a Junior Systems Administrator Co-op Student to join our IT team based in the 8330 Chester st office in Vancouver, BC. This is an 8-month full-time contract starting in January 2026. Job Overview: The objective of the Junior Systems Administrator Co-op Student is to support and assist the Infrastructure team with day-to-day systems tasks. You will have the opportunity to: Monitor and maintain servers and network devices. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system issues. Apply security patches, updates, and system backups on a regular schedule. Monitor system performance, resource usage, and availability. Help maintain and document IT policies, procedures, and system configurations. Support network administration tasks including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting. Collaborate with senior administrators and IT support staff on projects and escalated issues. You will be a good fit if you: Are enrolled in post-secondary IT program and Co-op program Have availability for at least 8 months Have basic experience working with AI Tools and AI Agents Have strong analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills Preference is given to those who have a Bachelors, Diploma or Certification in Information Technology.
