MINUMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline and five years Infrastructure server administration experience OR seven years of Infrastructure server engineering experience.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining server systems and infrastructure for both enterprise and cloud environments. Ensure server systems are secure, stable, and highly available.
  • Highly proficient with enterprise server management tools and possesses intermediate scripting and automation skills. Skilled in troubleshooting both Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
  • Participate in the planning, deployment, and ongoing support for enterprise server infrastructure to ensure optimum performance and scalability.
  • Possess an expert knowledge of enterprise backup solutions, performance monitoring tools, and cloud-native services.
  • This role requires a blend of technical skills, collaboration, and an understanding of both hardware and software systems.
  • Includes after-hours maintenance and on-call rotations to support critical tier1 systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams for capacity planning, focusing on future scalability and resource optimization across all environments.
