Infrastructure Team Lead Location: Remote Work Model: · Remote · Monday to Friday 09:00 am to 06:00 pm We are offering: ● Pay rate: $50K MXN Monthly ● Direct Hiring ● Law Benefits ● Saving Fund ● 30 days Christmas Bonus ● Life Insurance ● Food Vouchers ● Major Medical Insurance Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field · (preferred) or equivalent work experience. · Proven experience in infrastructure engineering and team leadership roles. · Experience with infrastructure automation tools, scripting languages, and version control systems Key Responsabilities: ● Lead, mentor, and manage the infrastructure engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. ● Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of servers, storage, networks, and virtualization platforms, both on-premise and in the cloud. ● Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending solutions to enhance IT capabilities and efficiency. ● Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes using scripting languages and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) techniques. ● Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability, implementing proactive measures for optimization and risk mitigation. ● Oversee and optimize the organization’s backup strategy to ensure reliable data protection, successful recovery, and compliance with business and regulatory requirements. ● Implement and enforce security controls, access controls, and compliance with cybersecurity standards. ● Conduct security assessments and support incident response and forensic investigations. ● Manage cloud infrastructure services and optimize resource usage and costs. ● Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures for infrastructure management. ● Collaborate with other IT and business teams to support projects and resolve technical issues. Responsibilities
