Integrate physiological and psychosocial components into care using the nursing process. Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Educate patients and families to support informed decision-making and self-care. Clinical Practice Deliver evidence-based oncology nursing interventions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate and ensure continuity of care. Maintain accountability for the quality and consistency of patient care.
