Integrate physiological and psychosocial components into care using the nursing process. Perform thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. Educate patients and families to support informed decision-making and self-care. Clinical Practice Deliver evidence-based oncology nursing interventions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to coordinate and ensure continuity of care. Maintain accountability for the quality and consistency of patient care. Document nursing care accurately and in a timely manner. Professional Development Participate in continuing education programs and maintain current knowledge in oncology nursing.
