Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Infusion Nurse (RN or LVN) to join our team in Webster. You will be responsible for delivering professional nursing care to patients requiring intravenous treatments, including biologics, hydration, and specialty medications. Responsibilities: IV Administration: Establish peripheral IV access and maintain central line devices (PICC lines, implanted ports) according to state laws and center policy. Patient Monitoring: Assess and monitor patient health status, including vital signs and physical condition, before, during, and after treatments. Education: Teach patients and their families about infusion procedures, potential side effects, and post-infusion care. Clinical Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) regarding patient responses and nursing care rendered. Emergency Response: Recognize and respond promptly to adverse reactions or clinical emergencies, including initiating CPR if necessary.
