Description About Patient Care Infusion Patient Care Infusion (PCI) is a locally owned home infusion pharmacy and sister company to Arizona Home Care, which has served Valley patients for over 30 years. Our pharmacy technicians prepare, package, and coordinate delivery of infusion medications directly tied to patient care — not just filling prescriptions at a counter. We're hiring an experienced Pharmacy Technician for our Tempe pharmacy — someone who wants their work to actually reach the patient, not just the shelf. What We Offer Competitive pay: $19–$22/hr based on experience and license level Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Pet insurance 401(k) Generous PTO + paid holidays Free CEUs and ongoing professional training Cross-training across all pharmacy functions — build your skills and advance Stable, locally owned company serving the Valley for 30+ years Available Schedules Full-Time Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM Occasional overtime as needed Participates in on-call rotation Key Responsibilities Process new prescriptions and refills, and maintain accurate patient/medication records Prepare, label, and package medications for delivery; assist with sterile and non-sterile compounding under pharmacist supervision Coordinate refill and delivery schedules with patients, staff, and delivery personnel Communicate with patients by phone regarding prescriptions and deliveries Support inventory management, stock rotation, and infusion/enteral pump inventory Maintain documentation in compliance with AZ Board of Pharmacy, USP, and OSHA standards Requirements Required Active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License Previous pharmacy technician experience Familiarity with pharmacy management software Experience with medication verification or order label review Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent phone communication skills Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand/move between workstations throughout the shift Authorized to work lawfully in the United States Preferred (We Will Train!) Experience in home infusion, sterile compounding, or a USP 797-compliant clean room Experience with CareTend or similar pharmacy management software Experience with NDC verification Patient Care Infusion is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
